Hi! I’m Cindy.
My favorite part of design? Understanding people.
I’m passionate about designing intentional, ethical products based in thorough user research. Currently, I’m a User Experience Researcher at FloSports, with previous experience as a User Researcher for IBM Cloud.
At Dartmouth, I studied Design Anthropology, an integrated approach to both Human-Centered Design and Cultural Anthropology. I believe that anthropology’s focus on situated human sociocultural contexts is integral to conducting user research with empathy and generating intentional impact.
Outside of design, I love sports! I’ve played badminton competitively for 15 years and earned multiple national and international junior titles; I also picked up ultimate frisbee in college. Currently, I coach part-time for UT Austin’s Club Badminton team and play for local co-ed ultimate team Moontower.
